 True Value Savings provides Independent Business Associates (IBA) with the opportunity to sell products and services to retail customers via the True Value Savings e-commerce shopping mall (TrueValueSavings.com). In addition, IBAs may also refer additional IBAs into the company sales organization.

THE ONLY QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT to receive any of the commissions that are listed below is that an IBA generate at least one retail sale during the month to qualify for  commissions in that month.

To be considered "Active” an IBA must generate at least ONE retail sale in the calendar month to a retail customer who is NOT also an Independent Business Associate. Every commissionable product that True Value Savings offers has a unique commission amount associated with it (Commission Value = CV). 100% of all Commission Value is paid to the sales organization. A complete list of products and the Commission Value associated with each product is available in the IBA back office. The foundation of the compensation plan is a hybrid that includes BOTH a unilevel and a matrix component. The unilevel pays through 4 levels of referral (10%, 8%, 7%, 5%).

10% of CV is paid out through 2 bonus pools that enable active IBAs  to share in the financial success of the entire company. Finally, ALL of the "breakage” is paid out to the sales force through a breakage bonus pool that is shared by all active independent business associates.

Every Active and Qualified Independent Business Associate can earn one or more of the below commissions each month!

100% of every product's Commission Value (CV) is paid out according to the plan below...

  • 30% of CV is paid to the Independent Business Associate (IBA) that generates the sale

  • 10% of CV is paid to the first active upline sponsor

  • 8% of CV is paid to the second active upline sponsor

  • 7% of CV is paid to the third active upline sponsor

  • 5% of CV is paid to the fourth active upline sponsor

  • 5% of CV is paid to the first active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is paid to the second active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is paid to the third active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is paid to the fourth active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is paid to the fifth active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is paid to the sixth active IBA that is upline in the matrix

  • 5% of CV is contributed to the Unilevel Team Bonus Pool

  • 5% of CV is contributed to the Infinity Matrix Team Bonus Pool

  • 100% TOTAL Commission Value (CV) is paid to the sales organization

All "breakage” is placed in a Breakage Bonus Pool that is shared equally among all active IBAs.

DEFINITIONS:

Active IBA: An IBA (Independent Business Associate) who has generated at least one RETAIL sale through their replicated e-commerce website. Purchases made by the IBA from their own website are considered IBA sales, not retail sales. IBA sales do NOT qualify the IBA as being active. Both IBA sales and retail sales are commissionable, but only retail sales count towards monthly qualification. Every IBA may achieve active status each month by generating one sale. However, "inactive” IBAs are eligible to receive Direct Sales Commissions on their own IBA orders.

Breakage Bonus: 100% of the Commission Value will be paid to the company sales force. If sales occur within the company's 4 level unilevel sales organization, or within the company's 6 level matrix sales organization, any commissions that would be paid to the company are instead placed within the Breakage Bonus Pool and shared equally among all active IBAs.

Commission Value (CV): Each product and/or service that is sold through a company-provided ecommerce website pays a commission that is paid out to the sales team. The sales team shares 100% of the CV according to the details of the compensation plan. A complete list of products and their associated commission value is available in the IBA back office.

Customer: Someone who is not an IBA, that buys a product at Retail.

Frontline (Matrix): IBAs that are placed in the first 10 positions under their sponsoring IBA’s position in the 10x6 matrix. These can be people that their sponsor personally referred or they may have "spilled over” from the upline. 

Frontline (Unilevel):IBAs that you personally refer. There is NO limit to the number of IBAs that you can refer and have on the first level of your unilevel sales organization.

 

Hybrid Matrix: The True Value Savings matrix is a hybrid that includes positions for both IBAs and unique positions for every individual customer. Individual customers fall into the matrix using the same automatic placement rules that govern the placement of IBAs.

The purpose for this is to reward active IBAs who generate multiple sales with multiple matrix customer positions from which they MAY earn additional income. All commissions that would be paid to a customer position are assigned to the IBA who generated the customer if the IBA has qualified with a retail sale that month. Thus an IBA may earn matrix commissions from multiple customer positions in the matrix.

 

Infinity Matrix Team Bonus: Five percent (5%) of all Commission Value (company-wide) is contributed to The Matrix Infinity Team Bonus Pool. Every active IBA is eligible to receive a pro-rated share of the CV in this bonus pool. Shares are calculated by adding up the CV below your IBA position in your entire matrix to the bottom level.

 

IBA Orders: Purchases made by the IBA from their own website. Personal purchases made by an IBA do NOT qualify the IBA as "active” in any given month. Only RETAIL sales qualify IBAs as active.

 

Matrix Commissions: 30% of the Commission Value (CV) is shared equally among each of 6 active upline IBAs in a 10x6 matrix of customer orders (6x5% = 30% total matrix CV). There are 1,111,110 positions in each 10x6 matrix. 5% is paid on all CV generated at any level in the 10x6 matrix. 10, 100, 1,000...you do the math!

Pay Period: Each calendar month is a pay period. All commissions generated each month will be paid to active IBAs on the 15th of the following month.

Qualification Requirements: All qualification sales are required to be made during the month of Qualification, which is based on a calendar month.

Retail Orders: Orders placed by any customer who is not an IBA. Each retail customer is given a unique position in the matrix and BOTH retail sales commissions and matrix commissions are paid to the IBA who generated the retail sale through their e-commerce website.

Retail Sales Commissions:No qualification is needed (other than generating a sale) to receive Retail Sales Commissions. All IBAs receive 30% of the Commission Value for ALL sales made through their company provided e-commerce website. This includes both IBA sales (personal) and retail sales. Inactive IBAs do receive Retail Sales Commissions on their own personal purchases.

Spillover: If you sponsor more than 10 IBAs, the additional IBAs (#11, #12, etc.) will "spillover” and be placed under the IBAs on your frontline. Each matrix position has a total of 10 possible frontline positions. Spillover is evenly distributed amongst each of the first 10 frontline IBAs until each has 10. For initial placement purposes, this is a "forced” matrix. The first level will fill from left to right. After the first level is full, "spillover” will be evenly balanced to all frontline IBAs. The next 10 IBAs and/or customer orders will be placed one each under each frontline position.

Next a second position is also added to each of the original level one 10 positions. This means that as you fill positions deeper in the matrix it is possible that you may skip over several positions if they already have the matrix positions filled from other means. These positions can arrive from IBAs, customer orders or spillover of either from higher in the matrix. Once the first two rows are completely filled (would require 110 matrix positions) one position under each of the 100 second level positions is filled until all 100 second level matrix positions have 1 matrix position under each. Next a second position is also added to each of the 100 level 2 positions, until each of the second level matrix positions has 10 positions (10 + 100 + 1000 = 1,110 positions total). This pattern continues without through all 6 levels of the 10x6 matrix... you do the math!

Unilevel Commissions:30% of the Commission Value (CV) is shared among each of 4 active upline IBAs (10%, 8%, 7%, 5%) in your direct line of sponsorship.

Unilevel Team Bonus: Five percent (5%) of all Commission Value (company-wide) is contributed to The Unilevel Team Bonus Pool. Every active IBA is eligible to receive a pro-rated share of the CV in this bonus pool. Shares are calculated by adding up the CV in the first four levels below your IBA position in your unilevel organization.
